Meep is a Belgian medtech & deeptech company that developed a clinical grade home minilab that allows patients to have on-the-spot access to biological biomarkers. Unlike classic self-tests, the Meep lab-on-chip technology can deliver the same accuracy as the large clinical lab analyzers found in hospital labs, but at a 500x reduced cost. This allows treating clinicians to trust the results generated at home and use it in their clinical decision flow. The heart of the technology is a silicon photonics chip situated in the test cartridge, capable of quantifying 20 biomarkers simultaneously from a single drop of sample, developed at leading institutes such as Ghent University & imec.

Meep is developing several products on its platform technology with various partners. These include large biopharma developers in the field of auto-immune diseases and hematological conditions, for whom Meep is developing at-home therapy monitoring tests to improve clinical outcomes of innovative therapies, as well as consumer health partners with whom we are developing B2C self-tests for sexually transmitted diseases.

Meep is entering the market next year and is raising 3 Meuro to execute on its partnership deals.
