Frans van Belle | CEO & Founder | Presurgeo

Frans van Belle has had a long career in telecommunications and technology since 1984, holding management roles at Philips, KPN, Verizon and founding multiple companies. In addition to his entrepreneurial activities, he is active in the health sector as an investor in Nicolab, PCA Vision, Neurocast and co-founder of Presurgeo (2021) alongside medical specialists. He holds various advisory and investment positions in the portfolio of the Exchange Company his investment Holding. Frans studied law at Utrecht University and obtained an MBA from Delft University of Technology and INSEAD.

Nathalie Dessaud | Product Manager and ad-Interim CTO | Presurgeo

Nathalie Dessaud has over 25 years of experience in Research & Development, with 14 years dedicated to healthcare innovation. She has held multiple leadership roles—spanning People, Project, Product, and Operations Management—across various clinical domains and applications. Her career includes key positions at Philips, the HighTechXL venturing program, and, most recently, Presurgeo.

In addition to her role at Presurgeo, Nathalie provides strategic support to MedTech companies through her consultancy firm, xQlaim, helping them bring meaningful, safe, and effective innovations to market.

She holds a Master's in Material Science and Engineering from Polytech Montpellier (France) and a DPhil/PhD in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford (UK).

Presurgeo is a leading innovator in medical technology, specializing in the optimization of orthopaedic surgical planning . The company develops Skeleton Planner, a cloud-based software platform that automates and streamlines pre-operative planning for skeletal surgeries.
