Tyler Hayes is a Principal at Thuja Capital, where he plays a pivotal role in identifying and supporting innovative early-stage life sciences companies. Leveraging his background in stem cell & cancer research, clinical medicine, management consulting, and venture capital, Tyler provides strategic guidance to several of Thuja’s portfolio companies as a Board member, helping them navigate challenges from preclinical development through commercialization. Tyler worked previously as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) within the healthcare practice area. Tyler holds an MD from Harvard Medical School, an MBA from London Business School, and a BSc from Duke University.
