Previously, she was a Director of AI & Digital R&D Strategic Initiatives at Genmab, where she led cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions.

Marcelina is also a leader of the ‘AI & Digital Transformation’ focus group of WiLD (Women in Life Science Denmark), motivated to equip Senior Leaders in Life Science with AI fluency and expertise.

She brings over a decade of R&D, commercial and innovation experience across the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. A passionate mentor to early-stage startups, Marcelina is also a mother of two girls and an avid runner.
