In senior leadership, storytelling is not about inspiration alone, it is about direction, urgency, and action. This online Corporate Storytelling session equips leaders with a sharp narrative framework to mobilise others: Story of Self, Story of Us, and Story of Now.
Leaders explore how personal values and leadership drivers (Story of Self) connect to shared organisational purpose (Story of Us), and how a Story of Now creates urgency by challenging those values in the present moment. A Story of Now contrasts the future we risk if we do not act with the future that becomes possible if we do, turning vision into strategy and action.
The session positions leadership communication as a responsibility: to invite others into hopeful, collective action. Using focused reflection and small-group work (in breakouts) participants articulate:
