My current position at Pharming is Sr Director CMC management where I am leading the CMC management department responsible for the strategy and organization of the CMC part of development and commercial programs. 

A strong personal driver is finding the sweet spot with a CMC team, or any team in that matter, when a mix of different personalities, background and knowledge comes together and manages to elevate each other to higher levels. When you reach that sweet spot, you can move mountains while having a lot of fun at the same time.

 I am honored to be nominated in the category ‘Females to Follow: Rising stars in Industry’ and I am excited to meet the other Females to Follow at the TOPX summit.
