Since the beginning of her career, Angela has worked internationally in various sectors in the Health and Life science industry, in the public and private sector. Angela holds a Master of Science Degree in Health, Policy & Administration/Management.In 2004, she started as a Consultant working for DOCS global (an ICON plc. company), a global top three provider of Functional Service Provision within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Biotechnology industry. Throughout the years she held various positions and grew into leadership roles with great responsibility. For DOCS she initiated and started up various new countries and expanded their business in Europe. She became responsible for CEE & Nordics as European Head and partly lived in Poland for two years. After DOCS she worked as a freelancer for several organizations within these industries and successfully initiated start-ups in new countries for her clients to expand their business. In 2010 Chiltern International (now a LabCorp company) asked her to start their organization in The Netherlands, she was Country Director responsible for (recruitment, executive search and their clinical trials) for two years. In 2012 she became CEO of the Youth Interventions foundation and transformed that organization from pioneer to professional organization and grew it internationally. Since September 2020 she joined Amrop as Partner Health & Life Science and is the Lead Partner for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. From 2019-2023 she has been President of the board of the Noordwijkse Golfclub. One of the oldest and top golf clubs in The Netherlands and Europe. She was one of the first women in The Netherlands to be chosen in such a position.
