Daniëlle has extensive experience in the life sciences industry. She started her career as an HR consultant at Mercer and All Options prior to moving to Roche in the role of HRBP. Before joining Kite in 2022, she was HR Manager for SC Johnson Europlant.Daniëlle holds a Bachelors degree in Management, Economics and Law and a Post Masters degree in HR Management from the Universiteit van Amsterdam. In addition, she obtained a special degree in strategic health management. 

Daniëlle is the driving force behind the diverse female leadership initiative at Kite. She is driven and committed to make a meaningful difference, together with a group of advocates and male allies she gathered around her to create a movement. Daniëlle has two young sons and, as a single parent, she raises them to be caring, conscious and curious human beings. In her spare time, Daniëlle likes to work out, read, socialize and travel to learn about different cultures.
