Kasia Pokrop is the co-founder of 3mbrace Health, a women’s health company supporting organizations in creating healthier, more inclusive workplaces across what she calls the three Ms: menstruation, motherhood, and menopause.
Originally from Poland, Kasia built much of her career at Philips, starting in Singapore and later moving to Amsterdam. She held various roles across the company, with her last position in Philips Personal Health Solutions, where she worked on digital services designed to drive behavior change and reduce the risk of heart attacks.
After giving birth in the Netherlands, Kasia was struck by how under-supported many women are during such a critical time. Motivated by her personal experience, she retrained in women’s health and became an expert in pregnancy and postpartum care.
This led to the creation of the Mamamoon app — a digital birth and postpartum coach often described as a Duolingo for birth prep. The app helps minimize the risk of birth trauma and postpartum depression by providing accessible, evidence-based guidance from early pregnancy through the fourth trimester.
Mamamoon is also offered to companies — many of which face high sick leave during pregnancy and postpartum, and struggle with low retention of mothers returning from maternity leave. Employers turn to Mamamoon to better support their female employees with the right tools during this critical phase.
Building on that momentum, Mamamoon evolved into 3mbrace Health to support women across all stages of life. Today, 3mbrace and Mamamoon partner with forward-thinking employers to deliver expert-led trainings, webinars, and digital tools that bring women’s health directly into the workplace.
