Marleen is Personal & Team Leadership Coach specialized in the Life Science industry. She is a people-focused leader who has worked for more than 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry in various global roles and experienced first-hand the challenges of working in this heavily regulated industry.

She realized that to be an effective leader in complex teams and organizations, you have to be an expert in communication and collaboration and need to be able to influence and motivate people. These “human skills” do not always comes naturally to many Life Science Professionals who prefer to focus on facts, details and data and usually have analytical and rational ways to solve problems.

She decided to start her own company, MG Life Science, and now focuses on helping other Life Science Professionals to become the best version of themselves and build a strong leadership mindset, so they develop highly motivated and effective teams that deliver above expectations and make a difference to patients.

Her mission is to make coaching available to all Life Science Professionals, independent of the phase in their career or level in the company. The best sports(wo)men and business leaders are supported by coaches and, at least partly, dedicate their success to their coach. Why would this be different for Life Science professionals?
