You will gain practical tools to foster psychological safety, adjust communication norms, and design workflows that allow all brains to shine. We will also unpack common biases and workplace structures that unintentionally exclude or misread this talent, and explore how high-performing teams are increasingly those that celebrate – and actively lead with – cognitive and personality diversity.
