As Business Manager at Talentmark, I oversee our staff and offices located at Science Parks across the Netherlands. My professional journey has been driven by a passion for supporting individuals, whether internally within our organization or within the Life Science sector. My mission is to empower professionals and companies to harness and develop their unique skills, ensuring a seamless match between talent and opportunity.

I believe in the immense potential and the myriad of challenges presented within the Dutch Science Parks. In the heart of this dynamic landscape, I collaborate closely with my dedicated teams and leverage the collective resources of all Talentmark offices to serve the thriving Life Science companies in Science Parks.

My career path has been marked by a diverse range of experiences. I began as a nurse, dedicating fifteen years to the healthcare sector. Seeking to broaden my horizons and explore my commercial acumen, I transitioned to a managerial role at Randstad Healthcare. Over the years, I've held various positions in recruitment and sales. In 2007, I took a bold step and founded my own Recruitment Agency specializing in science professionals.

In 2021, I joined the Talentmark family, and since July 2022, I've had the privilege of serving as the Business Manager at the Leiden Science Park. Currently, I'm actively replicating and expanding this successful business model to other prominent Dutch Science Parks.

With a robust background in healthcare, recruitment, and a fervent commitment to the success of Life Science professionals and companies, I am deeply committed to fostering growth and innovation within the Dutch Science Parks.
