Marcelina is the CEO and founder of Efficiency Tactics, helping senior pharma and biotech leaders accelerate AI adoption through strategic guidance, targeted team and individual trainings, and inspirational keynotes on AI and the Future of Work. 

Marcelina believes that AI is not just a technology, but a profound change in the ways of working and therefore requires strong leadership and strategic change management. She frequently partners with senior leaders to help them build skills, strategic vision, and momentum needed for real transformation.

Previously, she was a Director of AI & Digital R&D Strategic Initiatives at Genmab, where she led cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions. 

Marcelina is also a leader of the ‘AI & Digital Transformation’ focus group of WiLD (Women in Life Science Denmark), motivated to equip Senior Leaders in Life Science with AI fluency and expertise. 

She brings over a decade of R&D, commercial and innovation experience across the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. A passionate mentor to early-stage startups, Marcelina is also a mother of two girls and an avid runner.
