I joined Genmab in 2017 as an Operations and Resource Manager in the Protein Production & Chemistry department. In that role I was responsible for the operational processes and resources to support the realization of key business objectives. In the four years that followed Genmab grew substantially, and the department tripled from its original size to a little under a hundred people.

In 2021 the department was re-organized, and I started a new role as the head of a new department: Antibody Research Materials. In this role my area of oversight spans the complete lifecycle (from forecast to discard) of high-quality antibody research materials: encompassing panels, proteins, cells, and logistics. My main responsibility is to lead a multifaceted team to guarantee the prompt and streamlined delivery of essential materials for the Discovery teams to fuel the Genmab drug discovery pipeline.

Since 2019 I’ve been a member of the Board of Directors of Genmab.
