Before joining Kite, Neil served as Operational Excellence Manager at PVH Corp and Recruitment Operations Lead at Teva Pharmaceuticals. 

Neil’s journey into Talent acquisition began over 10 years ago in 2012 with Reed Recruitment, one of the largest recruitment firms in the UK. Since then, Neil has developed and grown his career, leaving Reed to join Rullion Engineering where he made his first venture into management in 2017. 

Neil is hugely passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and actively champions Kite’s commitment to promoting gender diversity hiring and intentional focus on diverse female leadership.
