Nina is a Talent & DEI specialist with a background in Organizational Psychology. As many organizations are in de middle of defining what their DE&I journey looks like, she works with a variety of clients to shape this journey and ensure their workforce is ready for the future. Working within a multidisciplinary team to also include other perspectives such as legal and change management, Nina brings the talent point of view on DE&I by doing full readiness assessments and creating DE&I activation plans as well as focus on topics such as Inclusive Leadership, Psychological Safety and Unbiased talent processes.
