As Commercial Development Manager, I am responsible for finding new opportunities in the form of single and multi-tenant real estate projects, with a strong focus on the knowledge-intensive sector. In doing so, I am the first point of contact for stakeholders at science parks and guide potential tenants through the process of concluding a development and/or lease agreement. My strength lies in understanding and optimally facilitating the primary process of our clients. I enjoy using my knowledge, experience and enthusiasm in complex housing issues with the aim of providing Kadans tenants with an optimal working environment.
