Sietske is Managing Director at ttopstart, a consulting company that supports researchers and companies in the fields of life sciences and health. After her study at the Twente University, she started her career at TNO. Subsequently, she held various roles within educational publishers. Sietske developed her general management skills as the CEO of Elevate Health, a spin-off from the UMC Utrecht and Utrecht University. She is also a Board Member of DTL and a winner of a Marina van Damme scholarship. Sietske hopes to encourage female talents and pave the way for the next generation of woman at the top.
