In her long career in top executive positions, she gained a lot of knowledge and experience, which she now uses for her supervisory roles. Tanja was CEO at Theodoor Gilissen, among other positions. Before that, she worked at Van Lanschot Bankiers.

Currently she is a full-time supervisor. Next to that, she is involved in various social initiatives and is a participant in the boardroom panel of the "Zaken doen" program on BNR.
