Visit the booth of 'Een wereld van verschil' to ask your questions to a career coach.
Professional portrait photo (#61)
Have a profile photo taken for free by Keith Shoolbred. You will download your photo as of 2 June.
CV-checks (#53)
Knowledgeable recruiters have made themselves available to check CVs. Between 10.00 and 16.00 you can sit down and go over your CV and get tips to stand out during your next application! (BRING A PRINTED COPY)
Information platform for internationals (#5)
As a foreign national, there can be a lot of issues to deal with if you wish to live and work in the Netherlands. Euraxess is available for you to answer your questions!

Gamification
Talk to exhibitors and earn points to win nice prizes!
Get ready for an exciting experience at BCF Career Event! We have implemented a gamification program to enhance your visit and make your conversations even more fun and engaging. By visiting our exhibitors’ stands and engaging with them, you collect points.

How?

After your conversation, you simply ask for and scan the unique company QR code with the Event App. Follow the steps below to see where you can scan the QR codes.

Attending presentation also earns you points. Open the app in the session room while in the presentation (note that you do need to allow the app acces to your location for this).In the meantime, we are counting the points!

At the end of the day, the 10 visitors with the most points can receive a nice gift which can be picked up at the Exhibitors & Speakers registration desk at 16.30 hrs.

This new feature is designed to increase your engagement and interaction with the exhibitors while boosting your fun factor. So, grab your phone and start exploring the exhibition floor.

Don’t forget to scan the QR codes of the companies to collect as many points as you can and increase your chances of winning prizes!

Win a free spot in the BioBusiness Summer School! (worth €1,490)
Are you a PhD candidate, postdoc, or master’s student active in Life Sciences, and considering a career outside of academia? Then the BioBusiness Summer School is for you! This 5-day course (30 June - 4 July) in Amsterdam gives you key elements to succeed in the industry. At BCF Career Event, we randomly assign a free ticket for the BioBusiness Summer School 2025.

How can you win? Fill in this form or visit the summer school booth (nr. 24) at BCF Career Event and fill it there. At the end of the BCF Career Event at 16.00 hrs at booth number 24, we will announce the winner! (in-person presence required)

⇒ Upload your CV on BCF Career & sign-up for the job alert: by uploading your CV you can be found by recruiters and companies who use your CV database. You can upload your CV here and sign up for the job alert to stay up-to-date about new vacancies!
⇒ Make a 'must-connect' list: decide upfront which employers you want to speak to and check which vacancies they currently have.
⇒ Join the session 'Create your perfect pitch to be hired today' on 28 May from 09.20 - 09.50 hrs. This will help you in giving a well-prepared impression to companies!
⇒ First impressions are important, especially at a one-day event where recruiters talk to many people. Leave a good first impression by looking presentable (dress as you would for a job interview) and be aware of your body language.
