Pharmacological Regeneration of Tissues

7 October 2026 | 11:15 - 12:30

Regenerative pharmacology is a rapidly evolving field that aims to restore the function and structure of aged- and/or diseased tissues and organs in the body with targeted therapies intended to repair, renew and regenerate.  Regeneration is a process governed by immune signalling, metabolic status, extracellular matrix dynamics, and interorgan communication. This session highlights cutting edge methodology and advances in target identification, GPCR research, organoid systems, and precision medicine how allow rational design of therapies that promote regeneration.
