Poster presentations and award

The Dutch Medicines Days offer scientists the opportunity to present their scientific research and projects in the field of drug development and health care applications to not only a scientific community, but also representatives from industry, professional associations and governmental organisations.

Poster presentation submission is open now. Submit your abstract by 1 September 2026.

All scientists, irrespective of seniority or affiliation, are invited to present their research with a poster to the audience at Dutch Medicines Days. To encourage young talents in the field, only junior scientists are eligible to participate in the Poster Award competition and be considered for the award.

For 2026 edition, abstracts across the spectrum of drug discovery, development, and use were welcome. Abstract categories that you can choose from are:

Clinical Pharmacology
Pharmacy Practice

What I can get out of these poster sessions is that I reach the people that I usually don't see in my normal day to day conversations. I can reach more people that I can potentially see as partners for my next research endeavors.

Poster Awards

The three winners of the Poster Awards will receive a €250 prize each, sponsored by FIGON.
