Teun Grooters is CEO and founder of Arega Medical. Teun is a Medical Doctor by training and has started his career in the pharmaceutical industry in clinical development. After having contributed to the development and European Marketing Authorisation of life-extending HIV therapies, Teun made the switch to a commercial role to launch these therapies in Europe. During the past two decades Teun has headed national, international and worldwide organizations in companies such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, Grunenthal and Teva. He also founded and led companies that developed essential medicines and diagnostics.
