With a background in science and innovation management, Niels specializes in fostering national and international R&D collaborations and supporting innovative entrepreneurs, researchers and public-private partnerships in the Life Sciences & Health sector. Since 2007, he has held various roles at the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), an executive agency of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs. RVO promotes sustainable development and innovation by offering networking support and advice on public R&D funding for startups, SMEs, large corporations, and research organizations.
