Paul Korte, PharmD works for the Dutch campus of Johnson & Johnson and is responsible for external relations for the J&J companies in the Netherlands. In this role, he is involved in several initiatives to improve public-private partnerships in drug development for the benefit of patients, the LS&H ecosystem and the economy in the Netherlands. He has been with J&J for 26 years and has held various national and international marketing, management and board positions. It has always been his ambition and personal drive to stay close to developments in the Dutch biopharmaceutical ecosystem. He has done this actively in various public-private platforms and in bodies of trade associations, including as chairman of the Association of Innovative Medicines. He is currently board member of Biotech Booster, a national public-private program to support commercialization of biotechnology findings and funded by the National Growth Fund, board member of FAST (Future Affordable and Sustainable Therapy development) and member of the Advisory Board of Stichting DAS (Domein Applied Sciences).
