While the past decade has been characterized by a range of valuable but largely ad-hoc initiatives, this year marks a shift toward a more strategic and data-driven approach.

At the heart of this new approach is our Strategic HR Dashboard, which provides sector-wide insights into both the quantitative and qualitative bottlenecks within the talent pipeline.

These insights enable stronger collaboration between industry and knowledge institutions, helping us develop targeted Lifelong Learning (LLL) solutions that address real workforce needs.

We call this approach the Rapid Piloting Method: using data to identify challenges, co-creating solutions with partners, and quickly testing them in practice.

We will conclude the presentation by showcasing four concrete LLL products that are currently being developed and will be piloted with companies free of charge in the coming months.
