Lifelong
learning is becoming increasingly important in the pharmaceutical sector, where
innovation, technology and skills are evolving rapidly. To support this,
PharmaNL is funding the development of new courses and learning opportunities.
In this session, we will also highlight inspiring regional initiatives from
Leiden, Groningen, HAN and Pivot Park. We will explore why lifelong learning is
not only essential, but can also be enjoyable, where to find relevant courses,
and how central portals can make learning opportunities easier to access.
Finally, we will discuss how regions can attract and retain talent, and how
data can help identify which skills and talent development are needed to
strengthen regional ecosystems.
