Analytical chemistry is instrumental at various stages in addressing lifestyle diseases, be it for disease diagnosis, biomarker discovery, drug development, quality control of pharmaceutical products, pharmacokinetic studies, and monitoring patients' responses. Within the current era in which human-made diseases are increasing more than ever, traditional analytical chemistry technologies and methodologies are also required to adapt and grow simultaneously. Innovative approaches in the discovery and development of innovative medicines for lifestyle diseases have turned into a pivotal necessity leaving an important responsibility both for academia and industry. In this session, we will delve into the evolution of innovative approaches within this field over the years, shedding light on the latest cutting-edge methodologies and approaches.
