Despite scientific progress, many therapies fail to deliver meaningful benefit at the point of care. Causes include fragmented communication, limited cross-sector understanding, and insufficient alignment between development and real-world application. This session explores how strategic investment in human capital—through education that connects industry, clinicians, and patients—can bridge these persistent gaps. With contributions from experts spanning the full therapeutic pathway, we present engaging insights into translational drug development, safe prescribing, and patient-centered care. The interactive format encourages knowledge exchange through real-world models (like the WHO-6STEP) and multidisciplinary training approaches (like the PSA). These efforts are embedded within broader initiatives such as FAST, a national platform that connects and empowers innovators to build collaborative, sustainable solutions for future therapies. Looking ahead, we explore how artificial intelligence can support smarter, faster, and more adaptive decision-making.
